I've spent an extreme amount of time with this collection. Yes, it has pulps that are not SF, and yes, there are some (but relatively few) SF magazines that are not in this collection. It's also possible to build a personal collection by combining other sources.
It's not the best search interface, and the metadata is not trustworthy; thus you can't, for example, click on the "sort by" box and select "date published" and expect a useful result. There are a bunch of tricks for narrowing the results, but you really just need to play around with things to get a feel for it.
