Glitch - need help for Windows!

Sophie,

	Problem 1: Unfortunately, my MSWord does not display any screenshots that I assume are included in your attached "clan error.docx" file. So, I do not know what is wrong there. Please email those screenshots to my email address as individual image files.

Problem 2: I have just tested the F4 key on my Windows 11 with latest version of CLAN and it works correctly. Perhaps the bullets in your student's data file are off. Otherwise, please be more specific about the media file used. Is it an audio or video file? If it is an audio file, then is it an mp3 or WAVE or another format? If it is a video file, then is it an MP4 file or another format? Are the data and media files from our server or something that you students created?
