Glitch - need help for Windows!

*Problem 1:*

The format is mp3 
The media files are from our lab. We video participants and the media files 
are uploaded to our internal system.
The bullets are parsed on a blank chat file using the media files. 
Then we duplicate this preparsed chat file for students to use for 
practice. 
The students are finding that the mp3 on its own is fine, it's just when 
they press select + add media file, then the lag begins.
