Addendum re Anderson

Another item that _may_ be a mistake is the rendering of "gleece" as
"grass", which in our usual way of thinking should be "grease".  But
Anderson lived among his francophone colleagues for a long time, and in
_their_ language (and probably in their daily use of the Jargon), "grease"
was "grasse", and either Anderson unwittingly included their usage, or else
it was actually current in the region at the time as the "normal Jargon"
usage (because of their influence) - even among the Americans (who, after
all, would be relying on veterans of the country like Anderson to "give
them a handle" on the local lingo).  So I left it in place.....I should
probably add a comment to the webpage about this tomorrow, though.......

One other thing - Anderson's spelling of "hooey hooey" instead of
huy-huy.......it occurred to me while typing this out that maybe "what's
all this hooey?" just -might- be from the Jargon......takers?
