The -ik part is probably /-i:k/ HABITUAL, giving /tl´iixwik/ "habitually
laughing", if I remember right (don´t have the material at hand). The suffix in
question is sometimes used in forming nicknames, like the above. Another
example: /a?aatu?iik/ "always asking", "question box".
