Chinook Jargon and environmental hazards

Well, I saw Dave yesterday - I moved to Victoria four weeks ago.   I
heard there was going to be a skookum Chinook Course at the Uni here.

I am hoping the fire gets my house, the insurance is worth a lot more
than the house could sell for.
