Ethnologue updates CJ info

Not sure what they've amended, maybe the 'current speakers in USA' from
the 1990 census.  It's nice that Jargon appears as a living language in
Ethnologue now: In my experience, students and others cite this source
very frequently.

Next step--getting them to list Grande Ronde CJ as a distinct language,
because of the creolization?  :-)
