Test Wikipedia started

[Ros’ Haruo]

One Mark Williamson (handle: node_ue) set up a space where we can test out 
and set up a potential Chinook Wawa Wikipedia. I would suggest looking at 
the Cheyenne and Cherokee Wikipedias before doing a whole lot of writing. 
Also the English or another "big" language you're competent in. Feel free to 
edit out my opening comments. Oh, and please get an account so we can keep 
track of who's done what.
