Frances Densmore wrote an article in 1945 by this title.

(American Anthropologist, new series 47(1) [Jan-Mar], pp. 173-175.)

She uses "Siwash" as a contemporary ethnic label for Kwakwaka'wakw /
Kwakiutl people.

The article tells how a popular English tune of the late 1700s became a
potlatch song with "nonsense" lyrics among the Kwakwaka'wakw.
