[Corpora-List] looking for a learner corpus of written English

International Corpus of Learner
English<http://cecl.fltr.ucl.ac.be/Cecl-Projects/Icle/icle.htm>is an
effort to gather learner English from the learners of almost every
country where English is taught as a language. Google may tell you more how
to get this corpus, apparently it does not look you would be able to
download it online.
