There are no Hanse-Rechnungsbuecher at Luebeck from that time.
There are Rechnungsbuecher at Luebeck but they say noting about such an
early "Hansebund"
The Lübecker, Soest, Dartmund etc had houses in Visby and also a church
S:ta Maria inautgurated in 1225.
It is hard to kill those old stories. What is written is copied and written
again.
