New Australian Publications on Language Policy

Dear all
I saw in a posting from Terry Wiley a list of ASU papers and books that are
available. I don't know if this is the right thing to be doing here but you
may be interested in some 2001 publications that deal specifically with
language and literacy policy and planning, mainly Australian but not soley,
and that are not always easily available in US.
Australian Policy Activism in Language and Literacy, edited by myself and
Rosie Wickert, published Language Australia Publications Melbourne. I attach
a review of the book by Prof. Mary Hamilton of Lancaser University in the
UK.

Language and Education, An International Journal, Clevedon, Avon:

discuss the process of public policy making, some critiques of its
'rationalism' and its lessons for language policy and planning.
