The importance of raising the Welsh language profile



ALL eyes in Wales are on Bala this week, as the National Eisteddfod
celebrates the very best of Welsh language activity across the land.



Of course, that activity includes higher education. The nation's
universities, including Cardiff, will have a presence on the Maes to
show the impact that the academic world has on Welsh culture, policy
and the language itself.
