At ASU we offer at Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with a specialization in LP.  The program coordinator is Prof. Gene Glass glass at asu.edu Below is the link:

It is also possible do a specialization in our Interdisciplinary Ph.D. Program in Applied Linguistics.
