A very important report has been published today, with vital lessons from recent 
history, and clear guidance for future action. It's been hotly anticipated, and it 
promises to finally settle important questions... about gadgets and gizmos at 
sociolinguistic events!

Leading on from the survey I circulated to all of you in May, this report distils all 
your views into one demonstrably decisive and intensely insightful dousing of 
information.

Oh yeah there's some other report out today about some war or something. Chilton?
