[Linganth] Quechua-to-English translatuion for an asylum case?

Dear everyone,

                 Hi-- and thank you for taking the time to think about this with me!

                  A friend of mine is seeking asylum in the US, and his lawyers have just received a supporting letter in Quechua. This is something they didn't anticipate.

                  The judge needs to see the letter in a hurry. Do you know someone who could translate quickly? The translator would need to be able to sign a statement certifying competence in Quechua and English. We can pay a little bit, but not much.
