[Lingtyp] terminological question about intransitive verbs

Any such pair of terms could, in principle, refer to semantic valency 
("argument structure") or to structural valency ("actancy"). It may not 
be necessary to stipulate, at the level of general-comparative grammar, 
either of the two uses; this may be left to the descriptive linguist as 
needed for the specific grammar.
