I'd agree with Thomas that this is in fact covered by partial
colexification. You could also say that it is language-internal cognacy,
since you assume the morpheme to be reused in the same language. Our ERC
project (https://calclab.org) deals with this in particular in the
context of word families. Additional terms are not needed, in my
opinion, they make it sound more strange as it is: all languages re-use
lexical material, in historical linguistics we have always been talking
about cognates in this context.
