Description:

The Linguistics Program at Binghamton University (SUNY)

Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Linguistics. We seek
candidates with a specialization in historical linguistics, historical
language change, quantitative language change, or language evolution.
The selected candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and
graduate level courses, to mentor undergraduate and graduate students,
to conduct and publish research, to attend and present research
findings at national and international conferences and to pursue
external research funding. The successful applicant will also help
