The main goal of this workshop is to bring together researchers who
are interested in the morphological processing of bilingual and
multilingual participants. We seek high-quality paper and poster
presentations that contribute to the issues mentioned above. This
workshop is the dissemination of the project entitled “Morphological
Processing in L1 and L2 Speakers: A Psycholinguistic Approach on
Turkish and English”, which was supported by the Scientific and
Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK) under the Grant
Number 223K342.
Invited speaker: Ayşe Gürel, Boğaziçi University
Call for Papers:
Abstracts should not exceed 400 words (1-page, 1-inch margins,
12-point Times New Roman font), with a second page for examples,
figures, tables, and references. Please submit your abstract with
author names or affiliations to serkan.uygun at bau.edu.tr. Following
peer review, a number of papers will be selected for oral or poster
presentations.
Important Dates:
Abstract deadline: 15th July 2025
Notification of acceptance: 15th August 2025
Workshop: 10th October 2025
Venue:
The workshop will take place in the Fazıl Say Conference Hall at
Bahçeşehir University South Campus, Beşiktaş, İstanbul.
Registration:
Attendance to the workshop is free of charge. A link for registration
will be provided after 15th August 2025.
