LADRILS, the Research Laboratory on the Acquisition and Teaching of
English as a Foreign Language at the University of Pisa, is pleased to
present its 2026–2027 programme of online seminars. The series brings
together scholars from Italian and international universities to
discuss current research in English linguistics, language acquisition
and EFL teaching.
The seminars are intended for researchers, PhD students, language
teachers and anyone interested in the study, learning and teaching of
English. Each research seminar will also provide the basis for the
development of teaching materials designed to translate the topics and
findings discussed into classroom practice.
All seminars are held in English, online and free of charge. No
advance registration is required: participants may join individual
sessions directly through the link provided on the LADRILS website
(Activities section). Certificates of attendance are available upon
