Ben tabata perguntà: How close would you say that the Dutch of Curacao was
to the Dutch of the Netherlands and Belgium?
Unfortunately I haven´t been in the Netherlands or Belgium since 1970. I´m
not a good person to ask that question. The tour guide was Dutch who had
been in Curaçao for a long time. He may not be representative of anything.
However, he said that many retired Nederlanders move there, so I would
suspect that the continual fresh doses of Dutch would make them pretty
similar.
