Rubbish!! >sigh< Once again, that is your own incorrect interpretation.
First of all, I never said anything against the term "mum", which is not at
all the same as "mom". Also, I have absolutely nothing against calling one's
own mother "Mom" if that is the agreed family name. It is using the term
outside of this context (and in a certain translation that should not be
mentioned here, oh no!) that I perceive as rather inappropriate. And I
thought I had made that clear enough. But obviously not clear enough for
SOME people, so let us repeat the whole discussion and... >arrrghhh...

:-)  Always happy to oblige with stuff for you to grab hold of and hold on
to.

Sorry, I did mean "mum" and "mom" in the context of "your mom," "her mum,"
etc., meaning "your mother," "her mother," etc.
