Subject: LL-L "Idiomatica"

Beste Roland,
 In nagenoeg geheel West-Vlaanderen hoort men voor "schaduw": sjhowe of
skowe! In mijn stad Oostende is het evenwel "sjhowte"!


Wij zeggen "de loemmerte" tegen de schaduw (< lommerTE, gevormd net als
bijvoorbeeld gevogelTE, verzamelnaam...uit het Frans l'ombre natuurlijk).
Ook het werkwoord "beloemmern", wat bijna zoveel is als iemand bedriegen,
figuurlijk iemand overschaduwen.
