I don't know 'stripe' off the top of my head.
Here are the others:
- "Smoke" is "poctli"
- "Eye" is "ixtli" as you indicated;
- "Lord" is "tecuhtli" or you could do "pilli" for "prince".

I would guess, "poquixtecuhtli," for
Smoke-Eyed-Lord. But Ixtli might behave
strangely in noun complexes -- I don't
remember.
