Reasonably priced semester study abroad in St. Petersburg

Dear SEELANGStsy:

Might anyone out there heartily endorse a reasonably priced semester study
abroad program in St. Petersburg for fall 2004 (reasonable = certainly no
more than CIEE, and preferably much less). The student for whom I¹m posting
this inquiry will have completed two years of college-level Russian and is
interested in language acquisition (versus English-language courses in
history, literature, etc).
