I just posted a new version of SignBank, free for download, on the web:

What is new? Two updates to the Lessons Database:

1. The SignBank Reference Manual went from 80 pages to 102 pages.
Instruction on copying signs from SignBank to other programs, on
dragging and dropping, on File Structure and on transfering signs from
SignWriter DOS to SignBank were added...

2. The SignWriter Java Reference Manual is now added to the Lessons
Database! See the attached GIF...just scroll down the Lessons database,
and you will find the Java manual there now...
