Yes. It is currently available for download. Go to:

This is a large download. Over 30 MB. Not everyone can download that
much. And not everyone wants to, either!

So as the data is added to SignBank, the database will become larger
and larger, and it will become harder for all of us to upload and
download large data files.

I am therefore starting a  "SignBank CD Update Service", for those who
purchase SignBank. CDs will be sent on a regular basis to those who are
using SignBank, so that the new data can be loaded from a CD rather
than the web. Or people will be able to purchase a one-time-only update
too...

The web downloads are free, but sending CDs cannot be, since I have the
cost of postage etc. and my time to burn your cds...You will be able to
order the SignBank CD Update Service through our Shopping Cart online,
paying with a credit card through PayPal...I will announce it when the
service is ready -
