virtual pc

I don't have an XP machine to work with that. My only experience is with a
Linux machine running the xdos emulator. It works under that. Maybe if
Virtual PC will not work, set up one of the newer Linux distributions (I
happen to prefer SUSE, but whatever you might prefer) on another partition
and just make sure that xdos is one of the programs installed. Then copy
SignWriter files to that partition and it should just work ... At least it
did for me.

If there is sufficient interest, I can create a set of instructions for
setting a simple Linux installation for the purpose of running SignWriter.
I know this has worked for me.

Another alternative is setting up a partition with one of the other DOS
clones out there .... It's never easy, is it?
