Need help with Spanish email message ;-)

Dear SW List members:

I received an email message in Spanish and for some reason, the Systran 
tranlation system on the web does not know the word: polera. So I tried 
to look it up in a printed Spanish dictionary here in my office, and 
the word polera was not in the dictionary! Can someone help be 
translate this better? Many thanks!  Val ;-)

Message in Spanish:

hola, soy sorda , yo lei web , quiero comprar una
polera con dibujo señas.
  puederme una polera que cuesta ?
 
soy de Boliviana , santa cruz.
