Of course, most words in oral languages have several meanings but for the
dictionary in SignPuddle I assumed the rule that if I enter a sign there, I
have to write only one spoken language equivalent (one entry). If the sign
has several meanings, I enter it several times and add the spoken language
meanings.

If the matter is in so called "Deaf signs", I just translate them into
spoken languages, using hyphens. See an exapmple here:
