SignWriting at the Gally protest?

Shouldn't the sign for SAME have the palm facing down on the floor plane?
I have never seen the sign SAME with palms facing in toward each other...
This is the sign SAME-ALL-OVER
I would gloss this as "same-old-same-old" but notice the movement of
the circles is different than the above "same"-- different plane of
movement
Either of these signs adds additional meaning to the sentence "GALLY UNITE
SAME." In the first instance Gally is united all over (not just here):
and in the second instance Gally is united again (and will always be).
Stuff in parentheses is implied, not explicit. I would love to see a
video of someone signing this...
