No. That is incorrect. The handshape on the "white palm plane" can be  
at ANY height, and still be a white palm.

If the hand is parallel to the Front Wall, and the back of the hand is  
towards the Front Wall, and the palm of the hand is away from the  
Front Wall, no matter what the height, it is a white palm:

The white palm can be anywhere:
