Hi Asmaa,

To combine the SVG, any programming language will do.  The open source 
code is available in PHP, but PHP is not required.

The SVG for each symbol is surrounded by a "<g>" element with a 
translate attribute that positions the symbol according the the 
Cartesian coordinates.
