[Sw-l] Rotation symbols

Hi All,

As I continue studying SignWriting on my own and with your help, I am
looking at pages 142 to 143 of the textbook.

It's about rotations. I am wondering, do these symbols mean the same thing?
I am attaching pictures of the symbols
and the spellings from SignPuddle 2.0 in ASL. (See below.)
