[Sw-l] ASL Sentence - need feedback

For ASL, yes that is correct. The facial expression shows the action of the motor/engine running. So it wouldn’t work for the noun form. :-)

The two signs could be entered in a dictionary with the definition of the word category along with it. Or the facial expression could be given its own definition and word category to explain how it modifies signs. Sort of like prefixes and suffixes in English.

And you are right the beginning of the sentence facial expression works as a topic marker. :-)
