Você está certa. Infelizmente o Whatsapp não tem um recurso para arquivar
conversas nativamente, de forma que pessoas que chegarem depois possam ter
acesso.
Porém, uma forma de arquivarmos algumas informações importantes que forem
sendo enviadas na Comunidade do Whatsapp é copiar e colar manualmente em um
arquivo do Google Docs por exemplo e disponibilizar o link para quem quiser
acessar.
Ou se preferir, copiar e colar manualmente algumas dessas informações
importantes numa página do site SignWriting.org para que qualquer pessoa da
web possa acessar ao pesquisar certas palavras. Talvez essa página possa se
chamar "Destaques da semana na Comunidade do Whatsapp" ou algo assim.
Isso pode ser uma solução temporária, até encontrarmos algo melhor.
