Hallo lowlanders,

Bi'j oons in Holland maakt ze mit de slacht (van 'n varken) bloedwörst
van bloed, stukkies spek, roggemeel en kruden. Dit wördt in linnen
zakkies ekookt en of ekoeld. Leverwörst wordt emaakt van tarwemeel,
riestmeel, stukkies lever, stukkies vleis en spek, gemengde kruden
(peper en groes) en ok ekookt in zakkies.
Of ekoeld en esneden in centimeter dikke plakken wördt ze ebakken in
de koekepanne, in 'n beetien smolt (schmalz). Heerlik.
