You may want to ask Professor Capovilla in Brazil about LIBRAS grammar rules.

Hi everybody,
I am enjoying your posts very much. I feel the need to start
investigating more about Honduran Sign Language (LESHO) grammar. I
asked at the Deaf association and it seems that nobody has studied
LESHO grammar yet. When we get to writing full articles in LESHO it
will be important include the gramatical non-manual markers in the
writing too. Have any of you had any experience analyzing a sign
language whose grammatical rules haven't been published yet?
